Two year old liquor from my parents' house. My parents were going to throw it away, but I held them back and opened the bottle. See? No problem. It hasn't deteriorated even though it's been left at room temperature. The mild mouthfeel is typical of Niigata light-bodied dry wines. Lightly matured richness and acidity that seems to be transforming. Heating it up is the right decision. It has more umami and depth and is delicious even when cooled. Pairs well with Ibaraki's famous Edosaki pumpkin!
