This is Yamamoto Pure Black Nama Sake 🍶.
This is the first time to drink Nama Sake.
The top aroma is slightly sweet like honey.
The aroma is less intense than that of the previous Hanaoyokyu, but it is more gorgeous than that of the Pure Black Hi-New.
In the mouth, it is clear and mildly sweet with a hint of banana🍌 flavor.
I think the aroma is pulling me in, but I also feel a stronger sweetness compared to the fire-brewed version.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
Yamamoto needs to release more draft sake for seasonal products, not for year-round products 🤔.

I thought that's all they had 😅 because the places that usually have it are all fire-brewed.
