Mashala
A souvenir from my own business trip last week 🍶.
It was my first time to drink Shirakikyu, and I couldn't imagine what it would taste like with rice and various yeasts used, but when I drank it, I found it had a nice acidity and sharpness, and I finished it in no time at all!
It went perfectly with the miso konnyaku as a snack 🗻.
