After bathing, I had a cup of microbrewed sake purchased at the Sakaiminato Okazora Honten.
The staff at the brewery is friendly and helpful. There is a nigori sake and a SORA sake in the store that I did not know about, so after some hesitation, I bought this one, considering my budget and the capacity of the refrigerator.
The brewery also has a kaku-uchi (corner bar) where you can enjoy various kinds of sake.
The sweetness is slightly gaseous and astringent, and the lightness of the 12 degree alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink and has a lightness that lingers afterwards. The bottle and naming match well.
I also stopped by Sakeya Noendo on my trip to Tottori and could not buy Haru green because it was sold out, but I bought a hidden sake of yokai and three bottles of Tottori's local sake, which I will post again when I drink them.
