Hakutsuru-nishiki is the brother rice of Yamada-nishiki. But I had never heard of it, it must be delicious, and I wanted to try it! So I bought this sake.
It was a beautiful yet delicious sake with a strong umami flavor.
I had the luxury of comparing it with "Saku", which is also brewed with Hakutsuru-nishiki!
