I found a bottle of Ittky's draft sake at a local Niigata store that I had been curious about since I got it at a local saké lab near my hometown!
I had seen the hi-ire sake at large supermarkets, but had not come across the nama-shu, so I immediately bought it!
When I opened the bottle, the top aroma was a softly spreading lactic acid beverage!
When you take a sip, the refreshing sweetness and crisp acidity are impressive!
The low alcohol content of 12 degrees makes it easy to drink. It is a perfect drink on a hot day.
