Sougen Junmai
Room temperature This is a clear, light, slightly sweet sake that does not seem to be pure rice.
The sake has a light, watery mouthfeel, but with just the right amount of acidity and elegance, you can drink as much as you want.
It was a junmai that reminded me how particular the rice is. Thank you for the food!
