It says "Matured over 4 summers". I am looking forward to drinking it. I think I bought it at Big Yosan, a supermarket in Kanagawa Prefecture.
The rice is Yamadanishiki from Hiroshima.
It has a herbal bitterness and a certain level of spiciness. The astringency has a touch of sake yeast. The brewer's yeast is a delight.
It has a clean impression without any smell from aging.
It is said that this brewery produces a lot of Yamada 70.
