This sake was produced by the Shinshu Kamerei brewery after the Takeba brewery was damaged by the disaster.
It gives the impression of a refreshing Shinshu Kamerei with a light sweetness.
We enjoyed this sake with a dish of pickled chicken and eggplant. It is a very good sake as a food sake. I would like to drink the original Takeba when it becomes available.
