りゅうじ2号
The standing aroma is gentle, with a hint of pure rice.
When it is sipped, it has a fine, slightly effervescent feeling. The overt aroma is mild.
It has a pleasant bitterness that continues. It is not quite sweet and bitter, but it has a sake-like feeling.
It is similar to Kuroemon XVI, but not as sharp as Kuroemon XVI. Very good with food. If you drink it by itself, you can feel the bitterness quite a bit. The bitterness subsides on the second day, and the sweetness becomes more pronounced. Very good with food.
