First Omine in a long time. 3 years?
Flavors of muscat and grapes. The juicy sweetness comes a little after the start of drinking. There is also a fair amount of acidity.
Gentle sweetness with a gentle mouthfeel.
I was not impressed with the Omine Yamadanishiki fire-brewed about 5 years ago, but the specs are different from then and the sake quality must have improved a lot.
