Purchased on the way back from a trip to Yamagata 💰.
Personally, I'm in the mood for Kangiku, so I chose this one 💁 The label is very unique! The raw material is Koshihikari! The rice is milled to 90%! I was curious about the taste of this unusual combination 🤔Maybe this is the first sake made from Koshihikari rice!
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great😊.
I love the mellow aroma when you open the bottle: ☺️
The taste is very dry and sweet with a slight effervescence.
If I were to use a fruit, it might be close to the image of a pear.
The low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink and very tasty 😋 Be careful not to drink too much!
