I am a local and received it as a gift because I visited a sake brewery. The first day was spicy and delicious. Dried shirasu and shiso leaves are a subtle combination in pasta, The spiciness was more than enough, It's good in its own way, though. On the second day, the stuffed sweet long shishito peppers, I ate one shishito and drank it all at once. What should I do with the rest? Was the meat dish the right choice? Whether the taste settled down and the pungency went away on the second day remains a mystery. It was delicious. Thank you for the souvenir. I will take a break from beer today.
