Sake without a vivid specific taste and aroma. It's more of a fresh, herby flavor. In a dry style. It's a tangible alcoholic.
When warmed, it becomes more gentle, denser and oily. The taste becomes more interesting - some fruity notes appear.
It remains to be understood whether this style, or storage spoiled it (spilled in 18).
In the Internet write: it is made of rice of Kositanrei variety (obtained by crossing the varieties Gohyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki).
