Sake from Shimane, and it was cheap, so I bought it on impulse. I bought it on impulse at Tokyu Food Show in Shibuya.
The aroma is a little bit sweet, but the flavor is strong.
It has a strong umami flavor. The acidity is a bit strong on the palate. The aftertaste is quite long!
Not too pungent, but not sweet either. It has an interesting taste!
Maybe it's a food sake. It's not too much of a distraction, but it's nice.
