The top-tasting aroma is that of ginjo. When it is drunk, sweet, spicy, and bitter flavors spread, and it finishes quickly. Afterwards, a slight alkoe feeling lingers. It is good during meals. It can be drunk on its own. The impression is that it is more easy-drinking than dry, but with less sweetness and less spiciness and bitterness. However, I remember that Junmai Kinuka was mellower and easier to drink than Junmai Kinuka, but it is different from the image of the raw one before dawn.
