Today is the first sakura. This sake is from Tsuchiyama, Shiga. This retro label is a series of sake called "Namahashiroshi," which is a challenge by Yasui Shuzojo's son Taro. Not much aroma. A sip reveals a rich, mellow flavor. It is characterized by a thick acidity with a gentle, full-bodied sweetness and the umami taste of rice. The bitter and pungent taste is also strong, and the aftertaste is refreshing. It also has a slightly aged taste. When heated up, it is even more delicious with its calm acidity and melt-in-your-mouth sweetness. This sake was offered to me by a relative as part of a "Let's drink Kouga sake! This sake was one of the nine bottles of Kouga sake that I received from a relative as part of a "Let's Drink Kouga Sake" campaign. At the time, I honestly didn't have high expectations for this sake, but the moment I drank it But the moment I drank it, my partner and I looked at each other and said, "Oh, it's so good! It's so good! I wish I could find it somewhere, because I don't see it very often at liquor stores in the Kansai area.

Good evening, Hirupeco! I thought I'd never seen that label before, but it was a campaign sake! I missed it, but looks like it was a nice set 👍 Looks fashionable and tastes good too! I'd love to find some 😄.

The sake from the other breweries was also delicious, and I was completely taken in by the charm of Koka sake 😍Bitokyu and Shoki are not the only ones!
