Slightly yellow. Chilled. The taste is light. It has a little bit of a hint of bitterness, but it's not too old and easy to drink😊. It has a moderate acidity. It's good at 48-50 degrees with a lot of flavor. The hine is gone and the taste is gentle. The spiciness also comes out. It's also delicious warmed and chilled😋. This is a good sake to drink warmed slowly.
