First, let's drink it without turbidity.
The active bubbles are like a sparkling soda, and it tastes sweet and nostalgic ❔.
After mixing the lees and drinking it, it reminded me of my grandmother's house in Kyushu when I was little.
It tastes like the Skal I used to drink at my grandma's house in Kyushu when I was little.
The combination of sweet and sour and carbonated yogurt soda is exactly what it tastes like!
It has no sweet aftertaste, but a nice crisp finish, so it goes well with fatty yellowtail sashimi and meat dishes that are a bit strong in flavor.
Even though I usually prefer light and dry sake, I could continue drinking it by itself.
In no time at all, the four-pack was empty.
