It has been a long time since we have had a Collage 😄.
It is fresh and has a rich taste. It's hard to bring it to you in November and December, when all the good ones are coming out at once.
I'm not able to pick it up at the liquor store.
But there are some sake that we haven't been able to pick up from the liquor store yet😅.
