I happened to spot this at the supermarket—Abduction Wine Yeast? No reason not to try it! Let's see what the big players can do!
Yeah, it's sweet! It starts with sweetness, but the wine character... I don't really get it. That said, it felt pretty close to that sweet wine I had the other day. Forget about it being wine or not, it's incredibly easy to drink. With an alcohol content of just 8%, it goes down super smoothly. Seriously, this is basically juice at this point.
