Pale yellow color with a rich aroma. Rich aroma. It is not heavy, but dry and tangy.
At 55°, the spiciness is more intense. At over 60°, it's milder and more umami. It has a gentle amazake taste.
Served with Kitayoro mussels and homemade Igamentshi.
