I found another sake with #1 yeast and bought it 🐰✨.
I've had Yamamoto before, like Pure Black, so I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of sake they've made with #1 yeast🎶.
The rice used is not written on the label, but the sake store where I bought it said it was Akita Sake Komachi because Yamamoto only uses rice grown in the prefecture. The Junmai Daiginjo specs are the same as Sakura with a 50% milled rice ratio and an Alc of 15 🌻.
The impact of the acidity plays on the palate 🌟.
After that, freshness and a bit of bitterness that is typical of Yamamoto.
My personal opinion is that it's a bit like a sour grapefruit 🥰.
The strong acidity in the drink enhanced the sweetness of the paired mini tomatoes ✨.
I think this sake would be good for people who like acidity and the summer season.
