Next is Tasake (^o^). Personally, I always thought it was a sake on the opposite end of the spectrum from Jyushiyo (classic sake). However, this one has a very fruity aroma, sweetness and umami, and a lingering aftertaste that is enjoyable. I was surprised that this type of sake is also available as tasake! It tasted so good that I wanted to drink it again.
