FOX（備忘録）
The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing. The sake flavor is not strong, and the rice flavor is not deep. The taste is similar to that of Gohyakumangoku. Although it is pure rice, it has a slight brewed alcohol taste that lingers. It could use some acidity. Gin no Sato, 50%, Junmai Daiginjo, 1,500 yen, Nakazawa Sake Shop in Yachiyo.
