Aroma: Sound, medium to slightly strong strength, rice malt, caramel, brown sugar, cottage cheese, hints of grain and lactic acid
Mouth: Sound texture, smooth and crisp, with sweetness and umami first, followed by alcohol bitterness. It's dry to slightly dry, with a hint of crispness.
