Okuhida Junmai Ginjo, the main brand of Okuhida Shuzo (formerly Takagi Shuzo) located in Kanayama-cho, Gero City.
We recently visited the brewery. Purchased a bottle with a sake tasting cup and sake lees.
The aroma has a light alcohol taste.
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet and has a nice umami with a slight sourness. The finish is tangy and bitter.
Easy to drink.
