I went to a liquor store in Mizonokuchi yesterday and they were really pushing the day date so I bought some 😁.
I was looking forward to it because I've never had it before, including Musha Shugyo, so I opened the bottle this day 😀.
It's so pithy and fresh!
More pear than apple 🍐.
I thought it would have a stronger rice flavor since it's made with Tojo Yamadanishiki, but it had a more subdued taste 😊.
