寿梨庵
I was invited by a senior who is a regular to a restaurant that (apparently) is the most difficult to get a reservation for in Nagaoka.
The food was almost entirely left to us. The sake was also left to me, and I was offered recommendations.
The sake selection was mostly from outside of the prefecture. Here are some of the most impressive ones we had.
First of all, this one has a good reputation these days. This is the first time I have had this sake since they changed the sake brewing process.
Nama ✨, brewed with Omachi from Okayama Prefecture with Bodai yeast in the foreground.
My impression is one word: cute💕.
It has a sweet and sour taste that is different from the fruity taste. And it's rich but not clingy.
It is hard to believe that people in the Middle Ages drank it.
Well, they must have used better rice than in the past 🤗.
