High-quality Junmai Daiginjo sake has been suffering from sluggish sales due to a long drop in demand for souvenirs caused by a sharp decline in the number of tourists.
Against this backdrop, we have decided to release Junmai Daiginjo sake at a discounted price because the Junmai Daiginjo sake produced before the Corona disaster (two years ago) is stored in low-temperature tanks and we do not expect a rapid recovery in demand for some time to come. We have decided to release it at a reasonable price.
The flavor is a blend of "Junmai Daiginjo," made with Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture (milling ratio 38%), which is one of our highest-grade products and has won many gold medals in domestic and international sake competitions, and "Junmai Daiginjo," made with rice suitable for sake brewing from Hokkaido (milling ratio 40%). It has a mild aroma and a light yet rich and elegant taste.
Limited release of 20,000 bottles!
