It's been a while since I've had a "Saku".
And "Masanochi Nakatori" is a good one ✨.
The gorgeous aroma you can feel when you put your mouth close to the boar's mouth + the jungin aroma is already playing with the taste 🤭.
Fruity sweetness and umami at the beginning, fading out after a very subtle acidity 😋.
Beautiful and delicious 🫠.
