The March issue of dancyu magazine is a sake special every year.
And this year's dancyu March issue featured Yoshida Kurau and I visited the sake brewery during my trip to Ishikawa and bought a bottle 😊.
This time we continued with a drinking comparison, Hyakumangoku No Shiro 🤔.
This one is clear and transparent 🤔.
This one is also fresh and fruity but with a strong flavor and an impressive bitterness (umami) in the aftertaste 🤔.
However, this one is also very easy to drink and very tasty 🤔.
I have the impression that this one is more suitable as a food sake 🤔.
Personally, I prefer this one⁉️.
Both are very nice sakes and if I ever see them in my hometown in the future, I would like to pursue them 😊.
