100% Miyamanishiki, 55% polished rice, al13
I had this at a soba restaurant in Chigasaki. It was crowded, so I gave up taking a picture of the label. Sake information is menu information.
I have included the label of a special junmai sake taken on 5.23.2019 and then two other sakes with the same 100% Miyamanishiki sake rice but different rice polishing ratios and brands for reference.
