It seems to be unfiltered, and the slight carbonation feeling after opening is pleasant. Even though it is a very dry wine, the sweetness that can be felt even though it is modest is probably from the alcohol. If you roll it around on your tongue, the light flavor will slowly spread. The sourness is mild, but the bitterness spreads to the whole mouth slowly.
It is refreshing and goes well with dishes with acidity. Surprisingly easy to drink, it is a large dry wine that can be enjoyed more than enough on its own.
