(supernatant) From the muscat aroma to the palate, it has a clear flavor reminiscent of white peaches, soft gassiness, and a moderate sharpness. (Nigori) Both the flavor of white peaches and the gaseous sensation have intensified. Slightly banana flavor. The sharpness of the aftertaste is about the same. A very sweet and nice sake in the Banshu Issen range.
