I finally came across Koei Chrysanthemum. It is a four-pack bottle due to refrigerator conditions😭The aroma is a bit subdued, but it already has a fresh, muscat-like aroma. The taste is clean, sweet, refreshingly sour and gassy, just like muscat and green apple. Very well-balanced and low-alcoholic 13 degrees, this is a definite dangerous sake 💦.
