MOMOKO
It has a refreshing dry taste that is typical of unfiltered sake. The spiciness and coarseness that comes to the nose is just like unfiltered sake. The mouthfeel has a fruity aroma, but it is dry and crisp. The carbon dioxide was not felt that much, but the taste was refreshing and solid (fruity and rice flavor). Being a muddled sake, I thought it would be sweeter, but it was probably classified as dry.
