Unwatered raw sake, 19% alcohol by volume, the stimulation of alcohol masked by sweetness.
However, even though it is a draft sake, it is distributed at room temperature. Well, since canned beer is also distributed at room temperature without heat treatment, the yeast must have been thoroughly removed by filtration.
It has a fresher taste than ordinary twice-heated sake, but it has less yeast than refrigerated nama-zake.
It is a high quality sake for a single can, and I will stock up on a few while they are still available at my local Aeon Mall.
