In my search for low-alcohol sake, I got a bottle of pink muddy sake during the spring sales season on 04/01 (Mon.) and waited in the fridge - finally opened the bottle.
I finally opened the bottle. I have now conquered both of the twin low alcohol sake "Sanuki Kuraudai" (2024/03/10) and "Niwa no Uguisu Doburoku (limited time doburoku pink)" (2024/05/03).

We are now deeply impressed by the pleasure and depth of sake.
You can drink this one like a juice.
I had it with salmon sushi along with the salmon pink color!
I will definitely repeat the same experience. I want to keep this sake in my refrigerator (doburoku pink is only available for a limited time, so I want to get the regular doburoku).
