Description. Junmai Daiginjo made with 100% Kame-no-o from Iwate Prefecture. Kame-no-o" is the origin of the brand-name rice that has been the ancestor of various varieties of rice breeding. The rice is purchased from Mr. Ryosuke Takahashi, a brewer and farmer who grows the rice for sake in a region known as the home of the Nanbu Touji. The flavor is light when poured into a glass, but gradually becomes fuller and richer. From cold to room temperature, you can enjoy the difference in taste caused by slight temperature changes. It is the ultimate food sake that can be easily matched with any meal.
