The aroma was fruity and juicy, like strawberries and pineapple, with a slight hint of fermentation, like yogurt and cheese. The taste is clean, almost dry, and not too sweet. There is a bitter taste in the latter half, a little sourness and umami, and a sharp sense of alcohol. It was refreshing and crisp and delicious as a mealtime sake. Thank you for the meal 😊.
