my
Sake Mirai. 50% polished rice
Did I remember such a sweet aroma? The sweet aroma is followed by a gut-busting sweetness. It has a vivid feeling that is typical of sake made from unpasteurized rice.
I was told that the sweetness of Sake Mirai is a refined sweetness like Wasanbon, and it certainly has such a feeling. I can't remember.
It might be good with yakitori (grilled chicken) with sauce.
