マグロ漁船
It's been a while since I drank Tosa shiragiku.
The aroma that rises is a little fruity. It smells like a so-called ginjo aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, a fresh green apple-like aroma spreads.
The sweetness is not that great.
The umami is moderate. It's not thin or light, but it's not dense or heavy either.
This impression remains the same from the mid-palate. There is nothing outstanding, but the balance is good.
It is a little dry and crisp.
Bocchiri" means "just right" in the Tosa dialect.
That's exactly what it is.
The aroma is typical of Tosa sake, and the sake has a nice crispness.
It was recommended to be heated, but I found it better served cold, as it has a refreshing impression.
