Light, sweet, and delicate. Milk chocolate, coconut, cantaloupe, marzipan, chamomile. Medium-low sweetness, a bit of bitterness, faint acidity. Good flavors and well balanced.
Been drinking it for a few days and I think it’s already smoothed out a bit more. But it does have a bit of sharpness despite the lightness. A pinch more acidity might be nice.
Apparently it’s also a yamahai, but the bottle doesn’t mention it.
