I was attracted by this label lol.
It says it is a mixture of Yamada Nishiki, Hanamuki, and Hanabuki.
Certainly, it has a different aftertaste from the Hato Masamune I remember.
But for me, who hasn't drunk that many daiginjos, it's a daiginjo that I can enjoy with food.
