It's winter and I want to drink warm sake. I wanted to drink something hot, so I tried Kamikame for the first time, which is said to be the best heated sake. I also found a 300ml bottle.
I heated it up with a cheap aluminum heating pad...to about 60 degrees. The aroma of the sake stands out, while the thick rice flavor spreads and is hardly unpleasant. I realized that this is what good heated sake is all about. I'm sure it would be great to eat it at a cold stall with oden.
