This time it was Mitsui no Kotobuki Winter Junmai Activated Nigori Nama Sake NeVe.
I bought some Fukuoka snacks at an antenna store in Fukuoka, so I bought a bottle of Mitsui no Kotobuki to go with it.
I started with the supernatant. The aroma is juicy like modern sake, but the mouthfeel is gentle like clean water, and the juiciness spreads gradually through the taste.
Then, after mixing. The full-bodied, robust nigori umami hits the palate with a thud, and the nigori's goodness can be enjoyed.
