I ended up opening a bottle of unfiltered raw sake as well 🥴😮💨
This one has a very clear sourness and umami taste.
I think I like this one the best...
I bought some Hamamatsu Gyoza on the way and had it as a side dish,
I enjoyed it 👍🎉.
