Recently purchased 3 bottles of #Imanishiki from #Yonezawa Sake Brewery in Kamiina-gun, Nagano. Tonight we had one of them, a zero magnetic field Junmai sake.
It seems that the Bunge Pass in Ina City is a zero magnetic field area, and the sake was stored there for a winter to mature. If you are interested, please check it out as it seems to be a power spot 🤭.
I didn't feel the sense of maturity so much, but the image is both mellow and light. It is not flashy, but rather understated, with a refreshing acidity that can be enjoyed with a meal.
