Koei Chrysanthemum, which I pick up every time I see a new one, and this is the first time I'm drinking autumn sake. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was a little bitter and unfamiliar to me, like coffee. It is the first time I have ever encountered this type of sake. When I drank it, I found it to be a relatively sweet sake, but perhaps because it has been aged for a while, the bitterness and acidity were in good balance, so I mainly felt a slightly rounded umami flavor rather than the sweet sake impression that I usually get from Kouei Kiku. When I was drinking this sake, I had opened 3 or 4 bottles at the same time, so it took me a little longer than usual to finish it, but after about 4 or 5 days, when I poured it into a glass, the aroma reminded me of chocolate, and perhaps my impression was pulled by the aroma, but I was able to drink it and enjoy it. The bitterness that remained at the end of drinking also gave me an impression of cocoa bitterness. I am not familiar with the changes in taste over time after opening the bottle, but this one changed its image in a way that was easy to understand, so I thought it was an interesting sake, including that. 720, about 2100 yen
